About me
My therapeutic journey
& how I discovered

After experiencing debilitating trauma and emotional challenges from a young age, I tried a huge number of different therapies over the years, trying to improve my emotional, mental, and physical health.
I spent so much time and money on treatments and therapies desperately trying to recover and heal, none of which made much difference, and many of which were even retraumatising.
I found a type of eye-movement therapy (IEMT) which enabled me to swiftly and effectively recover from my seemily most unsolvable problems and completely changed my life, unexpectedly fast.

My experience inspired the development of my own therapeutic practice, to help others recover efficiently and fully like I did. Many of my clients have also been surprised by the speed and effectiveness of the therapy, and have experienced lasting and life-improving change.
